Sports Center Pilates and Studio Classes Fall Term Days and Hours

Dear Özü Family,

Our Fitness Studio Classes will begin on Monday, September 29th at the Sports Center.

• Reservations are made on a weekly basis.
• A separate reservation is required for each class/day to be attended.
• Registration for studio classes is limited to 12 participants each.

. Reformer Pilates classes are limited to 3 participants.

Those who wish to participate are welcomed at the Sports Center with their sports equipment (shoes, t-shirts, shorts, tracksuit, towel).
